By accessing our website, contacting us, or opting in to our text-messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Colee Software Services is a digital infrastructure and software consultancy providing custom software development, web development, cloud infrastructure, SEO and analytics, AI implementation, and related services. Specific client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement). Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed engagement agreement controls for that engagement.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to our text-messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated phone calls and text messages from Colee Software Services related to our scheduling and content check-in service — including missed-call notifications, scheduling, and content approvals.
How you opt in
You may opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages — for example, verbally, in writing, or through a form where you check a consent box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Text STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. Text HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@coleesoftwareservices.com or 971-267-9344.
Carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
When using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt our services
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or unsolicited content
- Use our services to send messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them

Ownership of deliverables created during a client engagement is addressed in that engagement's written agreement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Yamhill County, Oregon.
