McMinnville Web Design & Custom Software That Works as Hard as You Do.

We build websites, custom software, and handle SEO. React, Next.js, Python, AI—we've done it all. 50+ projects delivered for everyone from local shops to Fortune 500 companies.

Depends on what you need. Small business websites start around $3-5k. Custom software can be anywhere from $5k to $50k+. We'll give you a straight quote after we understand what you're trying to do. No hidden fees, no surprises.

We like to get you something working as fast as possible, then improve from there. A typical website is 2-4 weeks. Bigger software projects take longer—could be a few months. We don't drag things out.

We're the core team and we handle most projects directly. Lea runs client relations, I do the building. For larger projects we bring in trusted specialists from our network. You'll always work directly with us—no junior devs, no hand-offs.

Absolutely. We're based in McMinnville but we've done projects for clients all over the country. Video calls and screen shares work great. Location doesn't matter much anymore.

You'll actually talk to the people doing the work. No account managers, no bureaucracy. We're insured, we have a 5-star rating, and we've worked with Fortune 500 companies. But we don't charge Fortune 500 prices.

Real, measurable growth. Our featured client MC Aesthetics was competing against 12+ aesthetics companies in a county with over 10,000 active businesses. She went from 95 monthly impressions to over 12,000 and from being open three days a week to five — fully booked. About 90% of her new clients tell her they found the business on Google. We built her E-E-A-T to the point where every major AI search engine recommends her over the competition. That's not a dashboard number — that's a business that completely transformed.

We don't disappear. We offer support packages to keep things running, handle updates, fix issues. 99.9% uptime guarantee. And we actually answer our phones.

Colee Software Services builds websites that score 90+ on all four Google Lighthouse metrics: Performance, Accessibility, SEO, and Best Practices. They use React and Next.js — the same framework Netflix, Nike, TikTok, and OpenAI use in production — rather than WordPress templates, resulting in faster load times, better accessibility, and stronger search rankings. Most local agencies score between 40-60 on these same metrics.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is the practice of optimizing content so AI assistants — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Grok, and Siri — cite and recommend your business. AEO uses structured data, authoritative content, and E-E-A-T signals to influence AI-generated answers. It is a distinct discipline from traditional SEO. Colee Software Services provides AEO services alongside technical SEO to help businesses gain visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search.

Ranking in AI search requires Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Key strategies include implementing structured data (FAQPage, Organization, LocalBusiness schema), creating comprehensive content that directly answers user queries, allowing AI crawlers in robots.txt (GPTBot, GoogleOther, PerplexityBot), building citations on high-authority sources, and developing strong E-E-A-T signals. These practices help AI systems identify your business as a trustworthy source to recommend.

Yes. Colee Software Services implements AI solutions including customer service chatbots, lead qualification bots, document processing automation, and custom integrations using OpenAI, Google Gemini, and other AI platforms. Solutions range from straightforward FAQ bots to complex conversational AI systems integrated with existing business tools.
